Company History
January 1962:
The company was founded in Liangzhou Street, Taipei City. At the beginning, the company mainly engaged in the manufacture of barrels and various processing machines.
December 1967:
The company was located at No. 18, Shezi 2-1 Street, Shilin District, Taipei City. With a capital of NT$200,000, it was renamed Sanfan Industrial Co., Ltd. In August 1974, the capital was increased to NT$1,000,000 to expand its business. In July 1978, the capital was increased to NT$2,000,000 to specialize in the manufacture of kiln automation equipment, various chemical machinery and its accessories and parts, processing and repair.
April 1980:
The company was renamed San Fan Iron Works Co., Ltd. with a capital of NT$3,000,000. In October 1984, the company expanded its business and increased its capital to NT$6,000,000. It specializes in the design and manufacture of various industrial annealing furnaces, sintering furnaces, food machinery, wastewater treatment, chemical machinery and its accessories, and other manufacturing, processing and maintenance.
January 1989:
Cooperated with Japan’s Dainichi Industry Co., Ltd. to produce internal thread screw mechanical multi-layer ejector jacks and gapless 90-degree anchor chains (hinge).
December 1992:
The company expanded its business and increased its capital to NY$16,000,000. It also established a logistics department in cooperation with Ace Manufacturing. The design department was reorganized into the R&D department. In response to customer needs, the company continued to improve the design of more rational and labor-saving products. The R&D department also continued to research and develop new products such as new patents and invention patents, and opened up a multi-level market with a broad business policy.
April 1993:
Purchased 1,000 square meters of factory land in Guanxi Industrial Zone, and planned to build a factory and join the production after the planning and land transfer were completed in 1998 (1998 in the Western calendar).
July 1993:
Introduced patented products, including flexible return conveyor, flexible hanging basket conveyor and wear-resistant spiral elbow. The company name was changed to San fan Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. to face the market with a more positive attitude.
March 1994:
The three self-developed products, namely the flexible return conveyor, flexible hanging basket conveyor and wear-resistant spiral elbow, were officially expanded to the conveying industry and received high praise from all walks of life.
June 1994:
Cooperated with Japan’s Yagawa Co., Ltd. to manufacture high-efficiency dust collectors to eliminate air pollution from high-dust industries and thus protect the environment.
January 1995:
Cooperated with Japan’s Dainichi Industry Co., Ltd. to produce patented flood-proof automatic lifting gates installed in building basements, underground parking lots, and public engineering basements.
May 1996:
In order to meet the needs of the market, in the spirit of continuous innovation and change, we are applying for the improvement of the patented product, the wear-resistant spiral elbow for pneumatic conveying pipelines.
January 1997:
Plan to set up a new factory in Malaysia to expand overseas business.
